Grocery Nxt was developed for welfare and easy access to people during busy hours and it is an online platform to buy all necessary day to day groceries and prices were low and cost efficient to all ranges of people. The sole purpose of the company is to help the people who can’t go out to buy necessary groceries. The daily updates of fresh groceries and prices are key features and there is no minimum purchase limit for the goods.

Terms of Use:

The registration process on the mobile application the Grocery Nxt/Authority/Company/we may collect following information about you/User/Consumer in order to the privacy policy of Company:

Name including first and last name,
Email address,
Mobile phone number and contact details
Address etc.
Information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information was also recorded for better access of the user on our website.

Services of the Company would be available to only selected areas and later on to certain other places on our future update.

Eligibility:

Persons who are been noted as “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use our website.

If user was a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If User’s age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. Users are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited.

The company will not be liable to any breach of above mentioned terms and it will not bind the company on any legal aspects. Users are advised to provide the original information regarding address on delivery of goods and failing to provide will be return back to terminal and company will not be binded for any delay queries of legal actions on them. If Amount was paid, would be refunded back on short period of time.

Consumer may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the website or of its affiliates without express written consent was considered as infringement of trademark under Trademarks act, 1999.

Consumers/Users are prohibited to use any Meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing the company’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Company. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by company.

Users have to register and login for placing orders on our website/mobile application. You have to keep your account and registration details correct for communications related to your purchases from the Website.

If consumers was found with

software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource or
threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or
prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation is misleading or known to be false in any way is prohibited

Pricing of Commodities:

All the products listed on our website will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

The regular daily changes of price includes commodities like fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, meat, egg etc and the prices are updated periodically according to market fixed price. Bargain of prices on goods and commodities are not allowed. The price being was maintained with the regular cheap wholesale market rates.

Payment Method:

The company provides online payment facility for the grocery goods purchase through UPI mode of transaction and cash on delivery is also available. The consumers are allowed to use credit cards and debit cards for payment. The modes of transactions are made possible on all forms for the convenience of consumers and charges are collected with certain forms of bills and receipts within the rules of GST.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped within maximum of 2 days of order placement. And orders will be delivered between 2 days to 15 days depends on shipping location.

Cancellation Policy:

Consumer can cancel order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by options given in our Website. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them in future. The fraudulent persons involving in misappropriate actions will be taken legal actions as per rules of Indian laws.

Return policy:

Refunding policy of our company entitles all our consumers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason which are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.

We will take the returned product back with us and refund amount will be credited back if already collected. The return policy was accepted if commodities are found bad and unfit to buy and sale.

Regular fresh goods are brought in retail manner would be weighed and be denoted in bills while on return, found inappropriate wouldn’t be taken back.

The goods once sold are allowed to have 24 hrs to return if found with defect or spill opened or with broken seal time exceeding to that won’t be considered for return and timing will be considered from time of delivery.

Daily fresh goods are allowed to return within 1 hr of delivery and delaying on time in case of consumers fault would not be considered.

Meat items are requested with certain notes and return was possible only within 1 hr of delivery, mismatch to delivery notes and deficient was acceptable. No other reasons were considered and acceptable for return.

Return policy was purely based on Company’s policy and decision of Authority was considered final.

Disclaimer:

If non-delivery of goods occurs on account of a mistake by consumers any extra cost incurred for redelivery shall be claimed from consumers.
Consumers use the services provided by our website, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on our website.
Consumers will provide authentic and true information at all times and Grocery Nxt reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by consumers at any point of time.
If details of consumers were found not to be true, company has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar consumers from using the Services and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation.
Authorization to contact consumers for any transactional purposes related to your order/account was considered fair.
Consumers accessing the services available on our website and transacting at sole risk to their best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
Consumer’s address at which delivery of the product is to be made should be correct and proper in all respects.
Consumers are advised to check before placing an order that they read the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
The company ensures of all prices of all products offered for sale are true and correct .However certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the company by third party seller.

In each case, the orders not withstanding to the contrary, the company reserves the right to cancel the order without any further liability.

Products once delivered, been exceeding time limit of return policy will not be taken back.

Grocery Nxt was happy to announce certain offers on introduction of website and mobile application. The one plus one free offers and discounts on selected goods of MRP rate are certain for consumers downloading mobile applications and promotional offers are yet to come on near updates. The offers and complimentary products are within the free concession of company/Authority decision and authority has the sole right to close offers anytime it wishes on its discretionary powers.

The consumers are advised to use efficiently and any issues which is by mistake of company shall be rectified, and issues made by fraudulent means will lead to legal actions.
